The Development of Biomass Heating in China – Technologies, Standards and Policies
Abstract
China attaches great importance to clean heating in rural areas. China has plenty of agricultural and forestry biomass resources. Using biomass for cooking and heating is a great alternative way to save energy and reduce emissions. This presentation will introduce the technologies, products, and projects of biomass clean heating in China, as well as the standards of biomass fuels, heating stoves and boilers, and China’s policies to support biomass clean heating.
