We are thrilled to announce that three faculty members from the Department of Chemical and Biological Engineering (CHBE) have been ranked among the top 100 Material Science researchers in Canada by Research.com, a leading academic platform.
Dr. Orlando Rojas, Dr. Savvas Hatzikiriakos, and Dr. David P. Wilkinson have all earned prestigious spots in the 2024 Edition of the Ranking of Best Scientists in the field of Materials Science. Their groundbreaking research and contributions to the field have been recognized both nationally and globally. Dr. Wilkinson has also been honored with the Materials Science Leader Award for 2024.
The rankings by Research.com are based on the D-index (Discipline H-index) metric, which considers only papers and citation values specific to an examined discipline. Leading scientists with a D-index of at least 40 for academic publications in the area of Materials Science were included in this prestigious ranking.
